“Sue turned a really sad day into one we can look back on with smiles. She spent time with us learning about my Mum and our family, and tailored her speech to include every aspect of my Mums life. It was really lovely to be able to reflect on that. She made sure me and Dad were happy with what she had written and even helped us choose some poems we thought were suitable too, and she wrote her own personalised poem for my Mum, which we both have treasured. Very respectful and made us feel very safe with our emotions.”
